Allergy Asthma and Sinus Center, PC has transitioned to a new practice management computer system effective May 23, 2022. We are asking everyone to be patient with our staff as they are learning this new software.
The AASC staff will need all patients to bring your insurance card(s) and photo ID (such as drivers license) to your next visit so we can scan this information into your account. You will be assigned a new account number and will also need to update your demographic information and sign a new HIPAA form each year.
Please be prepared to pay your co-pay, co-insurance and any remaining balance remaining on your account on each visit.
