Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center, P.C. participates with Medicare, Medicaid and most other major insurance plans. Please confirm with your insurance carrier that our physicians participate with your plan prior to making an appointment. It is your responsibility to know your plan and what it covers. We ask that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of your visit. We will help you file your primary insurance but we do not guarantee coverage. You are responsible for all charges incurred. You are also responsible for your referral authorizations to a specialist if your insurance dictates it.
